Our employees hail from over 25 different countries and incorporate their diverse previous experience into their daily work. For them, we have created an agile environment with fast and direct communication, and a clear focus on growth and quality.



Those who meet virtually do not need to travel. With this simple formula, our customers prevent additional pollution by several million tons of CO2 each year. In addition, our team has also been committed to sustainable business practices within the company for many years.

Our Management-Team

Dr. Michael Geisser


Born in 1979, Dr. Michael Geisser studied Business Informatics at the Universities of Mannheim and Nice Sophia-Antipolis and subsequently received his doctorate in Requirements Engineering with summa cum laude. He then worked for various financial and IT service providers in Europe, including SAP AG. Here he was responsible for the management of several strategic IT initiatives. One of these was the introduction of virtual events within the SAP company network. In 2009, he left SAP to set up ubivent, the leading provider of virtual trade fairs. After the takeover of ubivent by meetyoo, he was initially responsible for Business Development, and since 2019 has held an extended position as CSO.

Tony E. Kula


Born in 1970, studied business administration in Frankfurt/Main and founded his first IT company during his studies. In addition to meetyoo conferencing GmbH, founded in 1999, he managed the sister company MVC Mobile VideoCommunication GmbH, which is one of the leading system houses for video conferencing technology. Over the past 20 years, Tony E. Kula has founded, established and sold other conferencing companies in addition to MVC and meetyoo conferencing GmbH. Today, Tony E. Kula leads meetyoo conferencing GmbH as Chief Executive Officer.

Lisa Tümann


Born in 1977, Lisa Tümann studied sociology, business administration and communication sciences at the Free University of Berlin. Already during her studies and afterwards, she worked in various marketing positions for national and international companies in the fields of aviation, IT and energy. In April 2012 she joined the meetyoo team, first as a Team Leader in Marketing, then as a Senior Product Manager for Events and Webcasts and since 2017 as Head of Operations. Since the beginning of 2019 she has held an extended position as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Dr. Thomas Butter


Born in 1978, Dr. Thomas Butter studied business informatics at the University of Mannheim, Germany, before completing his doctorate on mobile applications and the adaptation of applications to the user’s context. He then worked for SAP AG, among others, until 2009 when he co-founded “ubivent GmbH”, a provider of virtual trade fairs, where he was mainly responsible for the development of the company’s event platform. Since the company merger with meetyoo, he has been responsible for product and software development at meetyoo conferencing.

Sebastian Lemke


Born in 1975, Sebastian Lemke first completed an apprenticeship as a banker and then studied business administration at the University of Kiel, specialising in finance, controlling and business informatics. During his six years with Accenture he gained extensive experience in the areas of Finance & Performance Management. He supported companies in the design and implementation of financial processes and financial IT systems. He then worked for the ALBA Group for a further seven years, where he was responsible for project and process management within the finance organization. In 2017, he moved to meetyoo and took over responsibility for the finance division.

We keep it simple & make it simple

Hands-on mentality is one of our core values. We do what we have to do in order to forge ahead in an effective and constructive manner. We continuously work on improving our numerous products to make them easier and more intuitive to use. Years ago, for example, our sub-brand easyAudio – the simplest version of a telephone conference service – was born out of this mentality.

We’re there for one another

Our concept of being there WITH each other, FOR each other reflects our commitment every single day. We help our operators when there are too many conferences lined up at the same time, or help put letters in envelopes when our colleagues in billing or marketing are in need of assistance. In general, we always keep an open ear, take care of each other, and help coworkers when support is needed.

We don’t just want to be part of something – we want to win! If we do something, e.g. take part in a tender, then we check whether it matches our main portfolio – only then do we participate and exceed expectations, with the goal of a successful conclusion.
