"meetyoo prepared the online broadcast of our event with the utmost professionalism and also took care of every detail on the day itself, which allowed me to concentrate on taking care of the attendees. The involvement of an online audience in real time was a valuable addition to the presentations and greatly impressed those present on site."

Task

As part of the after-work event “Teaching Elephants to Dance”, Steinbeis held a webcast for the first time to enable students, alumni and other interested parties to participate in the event in real time, free of charge, interactively and web-based.

Solution

As part of the exclusive after-work event, three renowned experts spoke about transformation and growth strategies for companies and entrepreneurs. Supported by presentation tools and projectors, the presentations provided approaches for the revision of structures and the increase of agility of traditional companies. Even before the event, the entire process was meticulously planned and all necessary documents, approvals and visual material were prepared and made available.

Result

The presentations were followed by an audience of approximately 100 people on site and simultaneously broadcast online via meetyoo’s webcast platform. When registering for the event, interested parties could decide whether they would like to follow the presentations on site or as a webcast.
