vFairs
vFairs was founded in 2016 with a virtual event platform for virtual, hybrid and in-person events. While Texas is listed as the headquarters, only a handful of employees are located in the US; the large majority of the company is based in Pakistan. The platform is focused on events of all kinds, with pricing packages ranging from one-off events to annual licenses.

vFairs
The vFairs platform is a self-service tool, where customers can set up, plan and execute their live event, including a landing page, virtual venue and email marketing. Many customers opt for additional support, which is often provided only via email and chat, although full project management is available. Live event support is limited to routing of queries and troubleshooting requests from attendees and exhibitors. As vFairs offers streaming presentations though 3rd-parties, many webcasts lack full support.

Your team never touches the back-end; you are free to focus on your content, audience, and event ROI. vFairs
The vFairs platform allows customers to choose from multiple 3D design templates which can be personalized with their own branding and marketing collateral. This personalization is generally done by the customer within the vFairs event builder, so options are limited, and many vFairs events look quite similar. In addition, most events include pre-defined spaces with specific functionality; a fully immersive and custom experience is difficult to achieve. As a premium add-on, customized designs can be created by the vFairs design team.

MEETYOO Pro events are unique, memorable, and richly branded. The platform delivers a rich 3D experience, with static and animated avatars, animation and custom-designed environments as well as an extensive template library. The entire web page is an interactive palette, empowering clients to create immersive and interactive experiences for attendees, sponsors, and event hosts.

Mobile Experience
vFairs
While the vFairs platform is browser-based, participants are required to download a mobile app in order to access all features and functions on a mobile device. The mobile experience is designed primarily for the in-person and hybrid event experience offering options such as an interactive floor plan, meeting scheduling and a badge scanner.
MEETYOO
MEETYOO Pro events are browser-based and easily accessible on any device. Our mobile experience does not sacrifice design, preserving complete graphics, and is still clickable on most screens; on the smallest devices, we default to a breakpoint-based view with collapsible menus. All attendee actions and all content are available via a mobile browser, so attendees anywhere can fully participate in your event.

Net Zero events
vFairs
In July 2022, vFairs launched their Go Green & Global with vFairs program, promoting a certification for hosting greener events. The program claims to offer support for virtual, hybrid and in-person events to "go green" although details are light. Any event held virtually instead of in person will naturally result in dramatically lower emissions, so it is unclear what additional efforts vFairs is undertaking. No mention is made of vFairs working to offset their own carbon footprint.

Streaming Sessions
vFairs
vFairs relies entirely on third-party-providers when it comes to streaming and engagement in the conference room; they do not own their own streaming solution. This strategy does mean numerous options for customers, however customers must trust a 3rd-party platform while vFairs must interface with that 3rd party for any technical or feature needs. In some cases, customers must manage multiple contracts and contacts when working with 3rd parties.

Our in-house streaming solution, MEETYOO Show, allows for a seamless integration of all types of streaming sessions. Professional live studio productions, webcam presentations or pre-recorded content - when choosing MEETYOO Pro our experienced webcast managers will train your speakers and share some best practices on presenting digitally. Even workshops and breakout sessions can be hosted within the platform and streamed to a larger audience. Feel free to use any of our engagement tools which will be active according to your requirements by your dedicated project manager. Polling, live Q&A and our chat can boost attendee engagement and can turn your event into an outstanding one. Whether it's with video production on-site or in the background for support during a webcam presentation, we will be by your side during the live day to make sure everything runs smoothly and to have a direct channel to your speakers in case of any questions.

Attendee Interaction
vFairs
vFairs offers an embedded live chat across the virtual events. Attendees can discuss in groups or join private 1:1 chats, video and audio calls. Video group chats and breakout rooms are not available within the platform and need to be integrated via a third party tool such as ZOOM. Attendees can find others through the profile search and can schedule meetings with exhibitors, speakers or other attendees through the meeting scheduling feature.
MEETYOO
MEETYOO Pro includes multiple options for chat, including open group chat with threaded replies, ranking chat, topic or forum chats, and video chat. Video chats can be launched from any text chat and include up to 5 attendees who can speak, chat, and even screen share within the video chat window. All chats are accessible anywhere within the event and are available for viewing on return visits. Profile search, exhibitor search and meeting scheduling are also available to help attendees find each other and engage.
Larger video conversations can happen in breakout rooms, with up to 30 attendees. These rooms can be moderated, open to all attendees, private to specific attendees, or even used for random mixers, enabling spontaneous connections among attendees. Booth exhibitors and sponsors can participate in any and all interaction options as determined by you.

Group Engagement
MEETYOO is where the world meets. We offer plentiful engagement opportunities but go even one step further: It is possible to have group video chats, workshops, round tables, breakout rooms and different kinds of gamification elements. These features are not available with vFairs, as video group chats and breakout rooms are not available within the platform and need to be integrated via a third party tool such as ZOOM.
