Publication/Marketing

After the topic, set the date for your virtual event and then do advertising, publicity, advertising! Use all communication channels available to your company. Make your planned webcast known, for example by sending a mailing. Or you place advertisements with the search engines and in the social media. Use also well-known industry portals, in order to make your Webcast well-known.

Content-related and technical preparation

Prepare a vivid presentation that you can enhance with multimedia content to captivate the attention of your participants. meetyoo supports you in the preparation, for example with technical support, but also with a speaker training and a dress rehearsal before the important event.

Invitation of participants

We will assist you in inviting your participants if you provide us with the appropriate contact information. In the invitation e-mail, interested parties will find a link to the registration page. Subsequently, everyone receives an individual participant link, which they can use later to access the event. This also makes it possible to clearly identify the leads.

One day before the event, we send an e-mail to remind the participants of their participation.

Live presentation

Present your information to a large audience via the web. With a hybrid event you simultaneously inform your participants live via a web browser. Show prepared presentations and documents or share your screen contents. Use interactive functions such as chat or question-and-answer sessions to exchange information with your participants.

Presentation and interaction

Use the multimedia presentation possibilities and interact with your audience. You can conduct live surveys or gather feedback from participants in a question-and-answer session.

The chat function is useful for a pre-screening of submitted questions. A meetyoo operator is on your (virtual) side during the presentation and supports you in the professional execution of your event.
