A telephone conference is a location-independent communication solution. No matter where participants or organizers are – they all meet together in the virtual conference room.

This saves considerable time in meetings with participants outside their own location because they can dial into the conference room within a few seconds.

You and your participants will receive a German landline number for dialing into your telephone conference.

We provide international dial-in numbers for participants from abroad. This enables callers to dial into the conference room at the normal local telephone charges.

Our flat rate with international dial-in numbers is particularly favourable for only 35 € net per month.

With meetyoo BusinessMeeting you can show an online presentation parallel to the telephone conference or share applications via the web conference tool. You can use this function free of charge.

In the so-called question and answer rounds, all participants are first automatically muted (this is referred to as presentation mode). When a participant wants to ask a question, he presses a special key combination on the phone. The moderator of the conference sees this in his online tool and can activate the corresponding line of the caller.

In a typical telephone conference, participants dial into the conference room themselves via a telephone number. This is called dial-in. With meetyoo, participants can also be automatically called by the conference system. This is referred to as a dial-out conference.

meetyoo offers you the choice between a flexibly charged minute rate and a flat rate. With the flat rate, you can use your conference room for as long and as often as you want – the price always remains the same.

You can use your own announcement or music on hold at meetyoo. You will be provided with an extra dial-in number for your telephone conference room. This service is subject to a charge.

Telephone conference solutions for every need

It is not for nothing that telephone conferences are one of the most popular means of communication in companies. A conference call is quick and easy to use, no special technical requirements are required. And anyone who has the dial-in data can participate in the meeting – no matter where they are located.

And the telephone conference at meetyoo is so simple:

Step 1: Get dial-in data
You register once for the telephone conference service and receive your personal dial-in data bypassed. You can use the conference room at any time from that moment on – without any further reservation or booking of the conference room.

You can hold scheduled conferences (e.g. for a jour fixe) or spontaneous telephone conferences (ad hoc meetings).

Step 2: Invite participants
Invite your participants to the conference call. Use our practical invitation help in the customer portal or invite the participants via the appointment planning function in Outlook.

In both cases, the dial-in data is automatically inserted in the invitation e-mail.

Step 3: Start the conference
Your telephone conference starts as soon as at least two participants are in the conference. Alternatively, you can use our special security mode to specify that the conference does not start until the moderator (organizer) of the conference is dialed in. Until then, all participants would hear music on hold.

Use the online administration in the meetyoo customer portal to adjust settings for your conference room or, for example, to control participants during the conference.

With meetyoo, you can also start a web conference parallel to the telephone conference if required. You can use this tool completely free of charge.

The advantage of a web conference is that you can also show the participants of your conference visual content, such as a contract document that you want to discuss, an Excel spreadsheet with financial figures or an ad design for your new campaign.

Participants dial into the conference room over the telephone, just like in a normal telephone conference. In addition, the participants receive a link to participate in the web conference with the invitation.

This link is simply clicked – and you are already in the web conference and can follow the contents comfortably on the monitor.

The highlight: The organizer of the telephone/web conference can also share his entire screen. This is useful, for example, if a special computer application is to be shown, or a website design that is not yet online, or the like.

An AudioEvent focuses on the number of participants on the one hand – and on the additional service on the other.

At an AudioEvent, up to 2,000 participants can take part in the telephone conference. This makes sense if, for example, all employees of a company are to be informed about important innovations.

The extra service is provided by our employees, who will support you with your audio event. This applies on the one hand to the preparation of your event and on the other hand to its implementation and follow-up.

At an AudioEvent, an online presentation can be shown parallel to the telephone conference. This presentation can be followed on a computer or from a smartphone (assuming a stable Internet connection).

Often a question/answer session is also held, so that the participants of the event can also ask questions to the organizer. A participant’s line is only activated for the question – otherwise all lines remain silent.

meetyoo also supports you in inviting participants to your event. If required, we can also create participant lists for you to see who really took part in the conference.

With BusinessMeeting Flat you pay a fixed price per month for the use of your conference room. Every conference call you hold is already included in the fixed monthly price of € 25.00 (plus VAT). There is no limit to the number or duration of conferences. Only the capacity of the conference room is limited to 25 participants.

Yes, at BusinessMeeting you can record the conference call at any time as a moderator.

You can start recording the conference in two ways:

1) Via the web control in the meetyoo customer portal, you can simply click the “Record” button and the recording starts.

2) start and stop the recording by pressing the key combination #7 on the keyboard of your telephone (landline or mobile).

The participants of the conference will be informed about the recording by an automatic announcement. Once the recording is complete, the audio file is available for download from the meetyoo customer portal.

Starting a telephone conference with BusinessMeeting is child’s play: The participants of the telephone conference simply dial the given telephone number and enter the dial-in PIN via the telephone’s keypad after the announcement. The participants are already connected in the virtual conference room and can call each other.

You will receive the phone number for dialing in and the dial-in PIN immediately after ordering BusinessMeeting. The phone number is a Berlin landline number that all participants with a flat rate can call free of charge.
