Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG has been using the comprehensive conference service of meetyooconferencing GmbH since 2008. In the past, this has included both supported teleconferences (incl. online presentation) for a large participant group, in the context of regular employee information and analyst events, and also self-administrable teleconferences.


For an upcoming bilingual employee event, Francotyp-Postalia has opted for a new communication format: the Webcast by meetyoo. The goal was to find a way to increase the reach and make the conference accessible to as many people as possible, while keeping the time and cost investment of participants and organizers to a minimum.


In the space of one day, two Internet-based, global live events will take place in German and English for up to 1,000 employees. At the centre of the live broadcast is the video presentation by an executive, with an online presentation in parallel.
