We supply over 10 million conference minutes each month for more than 3,000 customers across many business sectors. We are the only German conference provider to be TÜV-certified for quality management and information security. Conferencing – made in Germany: The meetyoo mission for 15 years.
Our success is underlined by certification to DIN ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013. meetyoo is the only conference supplier in Germany to be certified by the TÜV for quality and safety management.

Tony E. Kula
Founder & Managing Partner
Born in 1970, Tony Kula studied business economics in Frankfurt-am-Main, founding his first company in the IT sector while still a student. In addition to meetyoo conferencing GmbH, founded in 1999, he managed the affiliated company MVC Mobile VideoCommunication GmbH, a leading video conferencing systems supplier. In the last 20 years, Tony E. Kula has founded, developed and sold other companies, in addition to MVC, in the conferencing sector. Today, Tony E. Kula manages meetyoo conferencing GmbH as Managing Director.
Born in 1965, Rico Hengstmann is responsible for the Product Management department at meetyoo. After obtaining a business economics degree in Berlin he began his career as a market researcher for the GfK market research company in Nuremberg, prior to becoming a project manager involved in the founding of T-Mobile Austria in Vienna in 1995. Rico was most recently Senior Product Manager at T-Mobile where he was responsible for international product development and market launches. Rico has more than 10 years’ experience as product manager in the IT/TC market.
Head of Product Management
Born 1976, Torsten Seidel has been part of the meetyoo team since 2013, coming to us with experience in product management garnered at product+concept, one of the first German eCommerce service providers. During this time, he was responsible for product and shop management, along with presales. As a product manager at meetyoo, Thorsten oversees the BusinessAudio and Customer Portal products.
Head of Marketing and Online Sales
Born in 1974, Stefan Sieber has created, optimised and developed brands in different sectors and countries for over 15 years.
With a background in eCommerce gained alongside his studies as an online shop manager with Waschbär Umweltversand, he was online shop manager in the founding team of otto.de. In 2003, Stefan moved into the financial industry and was responsible for marketing and development for the direct insurance branch of the Zurich Insurance Group in Spain. Stefan also headed the marketing department for Direct Line insurance in Teltow near Berlin for 4 years. Stefan has been responsible for marketing and eCommerce for meetyoo conferencing GmbH since 2015.
Dr. Michael Geisser
Head of Business Development
Born in 1979, Dr. Michael Geisser studied business informatics at the universities of Mannheim and Nizza Sophia-Antipolis. Building on these achievements, he then did his doctorate on the topic “requirements engineering” and graduated summa cum laude. After that, Dr. Geisser worked for different European service providers in the finance and IT sector. One of these businesses was SAP AG, where he was responsible for the management of several strategic IT initiatives such as the introduction of virtual events into SAP’s corporate network. In 2009, Dr. Geisser left SAP in order to establish ubivent, the leading provider of virtual fairs. In addition to his position as managing director at ubivent, he has worked for meetyoo as head of business development since the merger of the two businesses. Within the framework of this position, Dr. Geisser’s responsibilities revolve around the development of new markets and solutions.
Dr. Thomas Butter
Head of Software Development
Born in 1978, Dr. Thomas Butter studied business informatics at the University of Mannheim and then did his doctorate in the field of mobile applications with an emphasis on the adjustment of applications to user contexts. After his studies, Dr. Butter worked for companies such as SAP AG and eventually co-founded the virtual fair provider ubivent GmbH where he was primarily responsible for the development of the company’s own event platform. Since the merger with meetyoo and in addition to his responsibilities as managing director at ubivent, he has worked at meetyoo conferencing as a software developer.
Head of Sales
Born in 1972, Alexander Kade has been head of sales at meetyoo since 2016. He graduated in business management and can look back on more than 20 years of industry experience and sales successes in the fields of communication systems and IT services. Mr. Kade gained his first professional experiences when he was responsible for the sales of communication systems at Siemens AG. Between 2002 and 2016, he worked for a leading American telecommunications group where he was involved in different sales and management tasks and, in his function as sales leader, implemented the entrepreneurial transformation of the hardware provider into a software and service provider. From our office in Berlin, he supervises his team by means of solution-oriented and innovative consulting approaches with permanent attention to the objectives of the present and future client base of meetyoo conferencing GmbH.
Head of Client Service
Born in 1982, Mareen Dimter has contributed to meetyoo’s success story as head of our client service since early 2017. Ms. Dimter completed her training as a general management economist at VWA and started her career in the eCommerce sector. Over the course of the past 15 years, she developed her skills in the field of customer relationship management both at eBay and Groupon, where she supervised the partner management department and managed the process centralization in the aftersales field within the EMEA structure for more than 6 years. Together with her team of 15 associates, she assures meetyoo’s sophisticated quality levels and outstanding service.
